Our family had such a wonderful cruise on Royal Caribbean thanks to Cruise Planners! Tom found us the perfect placement of our 2 balcony staterooms. Cruise Planners included a special treat to have a lovely dinner at one of the speciality restaurants and even a sizable cruise credit for extra expenditures! Bruce and I took our son and daughter-in-law and three of our grandchildren and everyone had an outstanding time. It was a perfect cruise for all ages.
I had never used a travel agent and now I am hooked …. especially how personable and knowledgeable Tom was to work with!

The Balassys helped us with a smooth cruise vacation. They booked us in perfect, conveniently located rooms that we wouldn’t have known to book ourselves. Tom and Sarah were commended from a friend. I cannot begin to put into words how thankful we are for Tom and Sarah. They went above and beyond to help us. We booked a European cruise through them. Unfortunately my husband had to have emergency surgery the week we were suppose to leave. Tom and Sarah worked overtime to set everything up for us to get handicap accommodations to still go on the cruise. We then realized that my husband was not going to be well enough to travel. They then switched gears to fight for refunds for us. Without them, we would have lost all of the money from the cruise. All through the process they checked in on my husband to see how he was recovering. They were truly a blessing during a very difficult week. And now we are thrilled to be sailing on another cruise in the near future, thanks to all of their hard work! Many of my friends have gotten their information to use for future travel. Tom and Sarah were commended from a friend. I cannot begin to put into words how thankful we are for Tom and Sarah. They went above and beyond to help us. We booked a European cruise through them. I never thought I would use a Cruise Planner since I have always been self sufficient for my travel needs. Last year I reached to Sarah and Tom and was blown away by how they handled every detail of our trip and kept us updated at all times, found better offers, upgrades, price changes. The cruise industry seems to be very dynamic and you need someone to be on top of it, if not you will leave a lot of your hard earned money on the table. Our trip was canceled due to Covid but we just rebooked again and could not be happier with the service we got. A+ Do yourselves a favor and reach out to them to plan for your cruise. Tom and Sarah were SO awesome. We had a lot of trouble with trips getting cancelled due to COVID (as has everyone!) and Sarah worked tirelessly to help us find a date and location to finally take our trip. We ended up choosing Cabo san Lucas in Mexico, and Sarah was so incredible - from helping us choose a resort, to planning excursions, and keeping in touch with the resort until the day we departed to ensure they were open and what the safety precautions were. I can't wait to book our next trip with them! Tom and Sarah were SO awesome. Updated 5/23 : Even through the pandemic & having to reschedule Sarah & Tom did everything they could to make this as stress free & smooth as possible.
